Depends: Usually the larger the wheal size the more likely the test result is real. Has avoiding dairy and egg resolved your nausea? ( note that you may need to avoid them for 10-14 days to know for sure). If it has, you may reintroduce either one of them back into your diet and see if the nausea returns. If uncertain, having an oral food challenge test ( allergist's office) will clarify the issue.

Food allergy test: Igg tests for food allergies have not been shown in the litterature to have any clinical significance and therefore are not considered reliable. Your symptoms are not allergic in nature, i would look for a gastrointestinal cause.
