No allergy: The IgG test just shows that you have been exposed to it. IgE is the test for an allergic response.

Food allergy blood testing done. Results say Class III Abnormal - Wheat allergy. I also had a blood test - IgE Gluten- that came back as Class III Abnormal (High) and a test - Celiac (Ab tTG DGP TigA w/Rflx) that is negative. What does this all mean?
My prick test of dust allergy is positive and my IgE level is 498 and lymphocyte low 38.2 and neutrophil high 42.3 what does mean ?
