I'm sure if you : Look long enough you'll find someone willing to do it for you. I don't recommend it however. What if you ended up with a foot 3 sizes smaller but painful and swollen?

Possible: Possible but not feasable considering the srugery that it would take to achieve the reduction in foot size.
