The question: Take it as prescribed by your doctor. By asking this question is how you know you need medical help. Lorazepam is also listed as one of your medications. Combination of the the two should be monitored by your prescribing doctor (if you have one) and not on the internet. You won't need to be told about mental health once you experience anoxic brain injury. Sorry for being harsh but its your life.

Dependence?: You may be dependent on dilaudid. If you are increasing dosage, or taking without clear indication this very likely is a problem. This could be dependence, not really a mental health issue.
