Call 911: Please call the authorities and tell them you are trying to commit suicide. If you cannot call 911 then , yes, get to the hospital.

Go to ER: I'm not sure why you take dilaudid. Taking six 8mg Dilaudid pills is extremely dangerous. You might experience narcotic overdose. Please go to er immediately.
