You can't unless: there is an overdose, in which case naloxone (narcan®) can reverse the effects of the opioids (hydromorphone and hydrocodone). If you are feeling loggy or a little sedated, it will wear off in a few hours. If all this is prescribed to you and is making you feel that way, you are on too much and need to discuss with the prescriber. If not prescribed, you need to get help with what may be problem.
