My doctor prescribed dilaudid 2mg for me then up it to 4mg. the question is i still have a bunch of 2mg ones left. could i take 2 2mg is that the same as 1 4mg? i dont want to have a bunch of pills around.

YES: But understand that Dilaudid is a very powerful narcotic and should only be used for severe pain.
