See a doctor: I'm sure your doctor will want to run more testing. A single positive ANA of 1:160 may not mean you have an autoimmune disorder. Make sure either a general ob/gyn or a specialist in maternal fetal medicine investigates further to determine if you have a disease. If you already have been diagnosed with, say, sle, then, yes, some doctors will recommend special treatment in pregnancy.

Yes: Evaluation by rheumatologist to determine if the ANA is a sign of anything and perhaps evaluation for circulating anticoagulant (antiphospholipid syndrome).
