Yes: A baby aspirin, 81mg, will likely not harm your pregnancy and could possibly help. It seems that you need additional information other than solely positive for ana. Make sure to get that additional testing from your doctor. I wouldn't take the Aspirin based on my advice, though, you need to be under a doctor's care who knows your background and can appropriately treat you.

Yes: Unless you have an active autoimmune disease, a positive ANA alone should not change any drug permitted for pregnancy. Whether you should take a baby asa or not should be discussed with your OB but this has nothing to do with your positive ana.
