Reality: If you have an anxiety disorder it might be helpful for you to see a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. Cognitive behavioral therapy might be beneficial. If, however, you can think things out on your own, analyze the rationale of the games you are playing, and their role in your future welfare. Not worth getting anxious or upset over. Good luck and hope things get better.

Video game: First off, if you spend much time doing it, you should really look back and see if it is worth spending that much time on an activity that has very little redeeming value. As far as frustration with being stuck at a level - you will need to learn how to accept failures in the same way as you do victories. To accept failure graciously is more rewarding than accepting victories. Time and perseverenc.

Frustration: Just think, it is just a game. Play it for enjoyment and fun. If you feel frustrated at one level then challenge your self as what different step or technique you should do to overcome that hurdle. Once you overcome this, you'll feel good about yourself. Important thing is to find out the cause of obstacle & conquer it, and not get mad. Same in life. Good luck.

Anger management: Think about it if you are getting mad , angry and unable to enjoy video games , how you are are going to play game of life, enjoy to get full benefits , with out getting angry ? You are smart , seek the help of the professional trainer , speak to the psychiatrist , then you will play both games with ease , get all rewards of life. Good luck.

Remember its a game.: I agree with input you have received from the other physicians. You are likely becoming angry because you are so focused on getting to the next level. When reaching your goal is obstructed you become angry. Well, all this anger, anxiety & "pounding heartbeat" is actually not healthy for you. You are 19 years old. I encourage you to put this into perspective. If you do that, your anger & anxiety.
