A member asked:

I have a hard time recognizing anger. i get frustrated b/c i'm not angry at a person, just a situation, so i feel hurt, not angry. do i need to fix it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Recognizing anger: Anger, hurt are natural emotions that we all feel. Anger can come in many forms from mild irritation, to frustration, extreme rage. These feelings can be felt toward oneself and others. It is best if you can to just let your emotions be there without changing them and they will run their course. If you feel you need to act out destructively see a psychologist to learn more about your anger.
