Lying: If your lying to obtain sympathy you are probably longing for love and compassion that is missing in your life. Ask yourself what is the origin of this longing and discuss with a friend you trust. As you know lying will actually cause the opposite of what you desire, have the courage to ask for what you want, it may be very difficult at first but if you take the chance, likely to get easier.
