Sometimes my lips would tingle and feel irritated fora few days(never had a cold sore before) and when i go to a urgent care and tell doc my problems (doc examined lips) i get prescribed hydroxyzine the feeling stops when i take it what could it be?

Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine so it’s possible this is a mild allergic reaction. Keep a diary of what you eat to see if it occurs with certain foods.
