Yes with risks: I think it is a great idea that most women appreciate if you do it for the right reasons and have reasonable expectations and understand the risks, in most instances, a small reduction to remove the hanging breast tissue will be recommended followed by the use of an implant to replace the lost upper breast volume. Discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon.
