Oh yes there are!: I think i hear your depression talking. One of the symptoms of depression is despair and pessimism about things ever getting better. Depression is definitely treatable. A patchwork quilt approach is best. For instance, seeing a psychiatrist or other physician to evaluate for medical causes of depression & for antidepressant medications. See a psychologist for psychotherapy (like insight oriented>.
