Do you not want to: Take this medication in specific or no medications? If you have had 3 or more episodes of depression (some doctors go by 4 or more) than life long medication is recommended. I would discuss this with your physician/ psychiatrist. If you have not had recurrent major depression - then inquire about a taper.
