Find motivation: Finding motivation will make this easier. If you can start adapting the foods you like to eat to be healthier, by swapping out ingredients with high fat and by incorporating whole grains and greens, you will begin to enjoy the process. Be forgiving if you slip -- denying yourself what you crave will make you feel tense. Cheat in moderation, and explore making each small choice healthier.
