Treatment: Mucormycosis is a fungal infection that typically attacks folks with compromised immune systems. If not treated aggressively, outcomes can be very bad. Treatment can include surgical debridement and systemic anti-fungal medications. You need to be faithful to complete whatever treatment to reduce your risk of a bad outcome.
