My nose is really suffy so i blew my nose really hard and my ear popped really painfully, what's going to happen if i keep blowing my nose?

Ear infection: It is possible to spread a sinus infection or even a cold to your ears. I would try to avoid forceful nose blowing, and if the ear pain persists, i would see a doctor as you might benefit from an antibiotic for an ear infection. Feel better!
