my ears are popping and i feel dizzy and off balance whenever i blow my nose. headache round left temple. any advice! ?

Middle ear effusion: You may have a blocked eustachian tube causing a collection of fluid in your middle ear which could cause your symptoms. Also significant ear infection could also be causing your symptoms (along with a host of other possible diagnoses) Best to see your doctor for an evaluation. Hope this was helpful.
