Have it checked : See a foot and ankle specialist and make sure it's a fracture. An xray would tell you. After that point, when your diagnosis is made, the doc will give you options on how to treat it.

Splint: You can buddy splint the 4 th toe to the 5 th toe to stabilize. Will take 6 weeks to heal.

Not much.: Unless the toe looks grossly out of place or out of position which would indicate a bone that needs to be reset, the best thing to do for this is buddy splinting (splinting to the fourth digit next to it).
