I really stubbed the top of my toe, when i hit it i heard a snap. it's the one beside the pinky toe, at the time i could bend it so i dont think its broke. its stiff and swollen turning red and blue what can i do to help it? little pain to. tyvm?

Without an x-ray you cannot tell whether or not it is fractured. However having black and blue is indicative of soft tissue damage. I would ice the area for the first 24 to 48 hours and then start using contrast bath or heat. To provide stability you can tape it to an adjacent digit. Also recommend a stiff sole shoe. Full examination for proper care and for best results
