Simple answer: You are eating for two, but to lose weight you need to eat only what is needed to maintain your pre-pregnancy weight.You may need help from a nutritionist to decide on a diet proper fro BF and your needs, but BF alone should burn off enough calories you could loose a pound every week or two.
