Dental problems: I understand how some patients fear going to physicians or dentists. Those who overcome their fear learn how easy & painless dental care can be, especially when they seek treatment early rather than waiting until they have an emergency situation or the problem is worse. Think about it. I would fear more about what would happen if i don't go to the dentist. Make the call. It's easier than you think.

No: There is nothing you can do at home. If you are nervous about going talk to your dentist about it. They can help relieve your anxiety. Regular preventive visits to the dentist have the effect of reducing nervousness when you do need to have treatment.
