Silver lining: I expect you'll not be surprised to hear that your use of crystal meth is a bad idea. If you can stop - with or without help, you should. It will do bad things to your body, mind and life. No kidding! This small price in pain you paid today might be a silver lining if it moves you to quit! It's not easy, but it is worth it to stop. Really!
