Dizzy after trauma: Dizziness after trauma may be from a concussion, but as you didn't mention blacking out or having a headache, i think a concussion is less likely. If the dizziness is more of a transient spinning sensation lasting less than a minute, it is most likely that some inner ear crystals got knocked out of place. A simple procedure at the ENT office can cure this type of dizziness.
