Seek treatment: Your symptoms are consistent with a closed head injury. Most likely your symptoms are due to a concussion. You will need to see a doctor. If you only vomited once and your symptoms are gone completely you will more than likely be ok. However if you have any more symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, headache, vision changes go to the nearest emergency room.

Head injury: Yes, you should see your doctor right away. The chance of serious injury is not high, but because of nausea and dizziness you need to make sure there is no internal bleeding.
