Varied symptoms: For such varied symptoms I think it's best that you consult a neurologist for evaluation and appropriate testing. I assume your blood tests didn't demonstrate deficiencies of calcium,magnesium or vitamin B12 and the electrolytes were normal also. If chronic anxiety is felt to be an issue, cognitive behavioral therapy or stress management therapy should be helpful.
