Not sure: Wearing a helmet? Speed of the ball? Where did hit you? Trauma to the head can affect vision by direct injury to the optic tracks, the nerves that connect the eye to the brain, or the vision areas. You can develop a bleed on the surface of the brain called the subarachnoid hemorrhage that can cause damage to the brain. If in doubt, you passed out or have focal neuro deficits go to er immediately.
