Curls: The best exercises for biceps are curls. Either with a barbell or dumbbell. Grip the bar and raise it in front of you from your thigh to your shoulder bending at your elbow. After a few week you can start charging tickets to the gun show! just kidding. But you will see some progress.

Biceps curl.: A dumbbell curl would be a great biceps exercise. Start with the dumbbell at your side by your hip, with your palm facing the hip. As you lift the dumbbell, keep the elbow tucked in to your body and turn your wrist so at the top of the curl your palm is straight up (this is called supination). Shoot to achieve muscle exhaustion within 8-22 reps. 3-4 sets. Don't need much.
