What could cause tiny pinprick blood marks near surface of skin? red, definitely not petacchiae. i've 2-3 on biceps. recently lots of exercise.

Cherry hemangioma: do they blanch when you press on them? (Turn white or normal skin color). If not and they are slightly raised they are probably cherry hemangiomas. Benign capillary bursts which are tiny blood capillary growths. They often aperture after small injuries. Sometimes genetic. But not alarming. They are benign.
