Weigh loss: That depends on how far you jog in that time, your current weight, what your dietary intake is etc. Don't expect to lose much weight at this rate - but this is much better than no exercise. To lose significant weight, you must be willing to commit to making lifestyle changes. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day.
