Long & short of it.: Short term if impacted or really constipated, in he short run a fleets glycerin suppository will help, if not a fleets enema. Once u get over this phase u need to b preventative. By that i mean a high fiber diet, good hydration, and fiber supplements if needed. A visit 2 a dietitian can b very helpful.
