A combination of: suppositories and enemas may help solve your constipation. These are available over-the-counter. What you are describing is called a rectal stool impaction, and needs to be softened/ loosened to allow the stool to pass. If you start vomiting, develop abdominal pain or are passing blood, see a physician.
