Born with missing laterals and a gap what might be the best way to fix these problems?

Missing laterals: Usually braces are needed to prepare teeth and a surgical implant can be placed in the bone in the area of the gap so that an artificial tooth can be attached to fill the gap. This can be expensive and another option is a type of dental bridge attaching an artificial tooth to the teeth to either side. Sometimes dental/orthodontic/oral surgery training programs offer discounted rates for service.
