Weights and cardio: Cardiovascular exercise to trim the fat around the muscles. As far as actual exercises, light squats, leg presses, leg extensions, let curls, abductions and adductions will help.

BodyImageDistorsion: The thigh gap cultural phenomenon was born out of a Victorias Secret Runway Show back in 2012. These girls are unusually tall and unusually thin. It is not realistic for most women. Since it's inception, it has become the obsession in particular with teen girls, and is also highly associated with disordered eating. Anorexia is deadly, and the quest for a thigh gap will lead you down that path.
