What's the quality: Of your sleep? Are you hydrating w at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day? Do you have a nutritious diet? Are you getting physical activity on a daily basis? Here are some sleep hygiene tips- perhaps they can help with your quality of sleep. Etire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. >.
