Go to Rehab doc: Or a hand surgeon (orthopedics). Consider getting an emg/ncs which can be done by a rehab or neurology doctor.

38 yo,healthy woman.The base of my thumb twitches randomly,causing thumb to move. For past 5 months,have noticed in same hand index finger sometimes,too.NO weakness or anything.IF ALS,would something else be happening by now?I do work at computer.
Left arm feels heavy and weak, also fingers seem to have changed shape. Left arm also doesnt swing when walking. Hands feel tight too (thumb hurts)?
