See a doctor: This look like tennis elbow with radiating pain to the first two fingers bilaterally. You need to see a doctor know how to do trigger point injection. This is from over use the muscles and cause tendinitis. I just saw a patient with same symptom like you few weeks ago and trigger point injection resolved the problem.

Carpal Tunnel syndro: Does it hurt when you tap wrist on either side. Are 3rd, 4th, or 5th fingers numb? If yes i think may be carpal tunnel syndrome. See pcp or ortho md.
