Neuropathy: 36 yo w. chronic "joint pain" but doesn't tell us whether this discomfort is in hand/wrist, shoulder or generalized; or from injury. Apparently, diagnostic efforts not yet undertaken & etiology of "joint" symptoms unknown. Rheumatologic symptoms are commonly bilateral. Unilateral hand weakness worrisome & fits description of peripheral neuropathy. Neurologist's evaluation appears to be paramount.
