What causes hand weakness and periodic numbness to my left thumb and index finger?

Dr. Larry Armstrong

Neck or hand: This could be from the neck like a pinched nerve at C6 however, my impression is you have symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. See your family md for a more thorough eval.
