Vairious foods: The following foods may help with blood thinning naturally without undermining your immune system: Tumeric, cherries, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne peppers & foods rich in vitamin E such as seeds and nuts. You should also lead an active lifestyle with regular exercise and adequate rest and sleep.

Many herbs/supps.: There are MANY herbs and supplements that both thin blood and support immune function. One of the best is proteolytic enzymes such as Wobenzym and Vitalzym, also Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. Also Ginger, Turmeric/Curcumin, Resveratrol and Vitamin E thin blood and do not hinder immune function.
