Traffic jam: This may indicate tj. Check with your doc if there is any problem with your "highways" to the heart. Discuss echo and ultrasound of the veins. It may or may not be useful. A highly educated doc is a good choice.

You're still young: To have serious medical conditions. See your dr and get examined for heart, kidney, liver, thyroid, adrenal or lymph gland abnormalities. Take care!

Multiple vein : Enlargement of neck veins can result from benign or serious problems. Physician review is a must. Veins become prominent due to pressure/distension. Sometimes the veins appear enlarged because the patient has limited body fat, like seen in thin singers. Distended neck veins can also be a sign of heart/valve problems, thyroid enlargement and blockage of major veins in the base of the neck or chest.
