Hi! my xray results says i have lingular left basal discoid fibrosis. my doctor wanted me to have a ctscan. does he suspect i have cancer?

Hold your horses: Your doctor wants to be thorough and focus better on what was seen on the x-ray. I realize it is easy for me to say but try to stay cool and wait to see what the scan shows. Don't lose faith, that can easily be non malignant. Best to you.
