GI bleed: If you having melena that could be to upper g.I bleed. Moreover you on Ibuprofen which puts at risk of ulcers and gastritis. See your md.

Stool color: Outside of stools which are jet black like an old telephone, totally devoid of color (white), or which contain gross blood you should not worry about the color of the stool which is often a result of dietary changes, the bacterial flora in the colon, and other benign factors.

Stool softner: Just decrease the amount of fiber or stool softner, for few days. If symptoms still persist, discuss the problem and treatment options with your doctor. Good luck !
