Eggs are nutritious: The egg yolk and white are well-balanced and nutritious. Contrary to previous information 20 years ago, a large harvard study showed no negative impact to health from eating eggs versus not eating eggs. Focus on and enjoy your total health plan in which nutrition, exercise, and sleep produce better health.

Moderation: Unless family history or have diagnosis of bad cholesterol problems, eggs in moderation will not cause problems. If yes, then egg whites lower cholesterol than yolks.
