Here's what to do: Avoid anything that's greasy (i.e., leaves a grease spot on a paper napkin), sugary, and/or really salty. Avoid the stuff you really like to eat -- this is the real secret. Diet & Exercise: Sugars, candy, and lots of bread are areas that i may minimize if i were on a diet but i believe everything in moderation is okay. To control your appetite for moderation is hard so it's hard for many but if you can have self-control, it's good. See a dietitian is a great person to see and do not minimize importance of exercise as it's a very important part of losing weight.
