Fasciculation: The description you mentioned is called fasciculation . This is most likely the symptoms of benign fasciculation which does not have any negative impact on your health other than being nuisance . However , you need to be watchful for any h muscle weakens , difficulty of speech , difficulty of swallowing . This could be sign of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
