No, the nasal twitching is not trigeminal neuralgia, which consists of intense sudden immobilizing sharp painful attacks. Small fiber neuropathy does not cause problems with cranial nerves, but medication to treat nerve pain can have anticholinergic side effects, with secondary dryness.
