Your symptoms are relatively complex, not easy to make the diagnosis without an exam but I am sure you will be safe in the next couple days. Please do not worry, enjoy Thanksgiving and wait for ENT appointment on Monday. You can take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 3, q 6 hrs as needed for pain in the next 3 days.

In addition to Ear/Nose/Throat specialist see an Oral Cavity specialist, your Dentist. Diagnostic evaluation should consider abscess (dental or periodontal), boney exostosis, cyst, TMJ, etc.
